I've resisted it in the past, both as a buyer—I'm not huge into Black Friday sales, although maybe I'll buy a couple of things—but I don't go nuts.

But also, as a business owner, I haven't really done many Black Friday promotions because I don't really want to discount what I'm offering, because I believe in the value that it delivers.

I also think there's so much noise going on that maybe people aren't paying attention because there are just so many distractions. But I've decided to give it a try this year, and I'm going to do something completely different.

I'm not just giving a discount. I'm testing a completely new way to offer Agent Accelerator, and I want to tell you about it today.

My gym membership is paid every fortnight, but I was talking to a friend the other day and they said their gym charges them weekly, and it just keeps them focused on making sure they are committed to hitting the gym a certain number of times a week.

When you think about what drives performance in commercial real estate, you've got to track your metrics weekly. You've got to hold yourself accountable weekly. And that's where the results come from—not from hoping that the month turns out okay, but from engineering momentum every seven days.
